Ingredients (serves 2-4)
100 g Salmon, finely minced
2 tablespoons red curry paste
2 eggs,beaten
2 tablespoons Coconut milk
1 teaspoon sugar
basil leaves for decoration
red Chili
50 ml. water
- Mince salmon with a blender. If you do not have a blender, Finely chopped salmon. Then mince it in a motar. Rest the salmon aside.
- Grind red curry paste and salmon together.
- Gradually add beaten eggs , 1-2 teaspoons at a time. Grind ingredients until well-blend. Need approximately 10-12 teaspoons beaten eggs.
- Add 25-5o ml. of water.
- In the meantime, boil water in a steamer.
- line a small bowl with basil leaves. Put all well-mixed ingredient into the bowl. Then stream in a streamer for 20-30 minute.
- Serve quickly when cooked. Top with coconut milk and red chili.
